Hi Mike,

Thanks for your input and comments to my blog, your idea is a great one and it should be employed by property developers and project marketers here in Australia.

The concept you employ is still in it's embryo stage here.

Good luck.

Regards

Great post!

I have been using this strategy in a much more focused manner. I am a condo Realtor in Downtown Vancouver, Canada and have been focusing on particular buildings and building sites that use either the building name (http://www.freesiavancouver.com) or the building address (http://www.1033marinaside.ca).

This is not about buying a url for a house to try to get organic results. I am positioning myself as a building expert and specialist and the websites work to create huge credibility.

I'd love to know your thoughts.

A great tip here Mike about registering domains about real estate in an area of influence. A beautiful way to get plenty of Google link love.
