For many past years, the importance of Online Reputation Management has been ignored by many companies and as you said that companies ignoring ORM importance have lost million dollars. I have used a tool for ORM. And it brings good results for me. The AirCheese beta version is available.

First set up your Google alerts, use your name, agency name and location as keywords. Also monitor product review.com.au and other forum sites such as WOMOW.com.au as a start.

You are absolutely right, lots of companies lose business because they never knew about a negative review of their business. At the very least, companies should monitor for any conversations that mention their brand.
